leading to greater self-awareness, empowerment, and healing.
I do this by working with energy in a variety of ways. I tap into the available energy present in
physical (earth), mental (air), emotional (water), and spiritual (fire) forms. Methods include
using tarot cards, dialogue, imagination, drawing, journaling, meditations, assessments, and
hands-on-healing.
